What does a senior concierge service include?
A senior concierge service provides personalized lifestyle and support coordination for older adults. Bay Area Senior Concierge helps with transportation, companionship, wellness visits, household coordination, errands, scheduling assistance, and family communication throughout the Bay Area.
Is your service really free to families?
Our senior-living placement and referral service is free to families — we are compensated by the receiving community after a successful match, never by you. Hourly concierge support (companionship, transportation, errands, household coordination) is billed directly and quoted up front with no hidden coordination fees.
Do you help families who live outside the Bay Area?
Yes. Many of our clients are adult children coordinating care from out of state. We serve as your on-the-ground presence — handling in-home check-ins, transportation, household oversight, and weekly written updates — so you stay informed without having to fly in for every appointment.
Do you provide assisted living or memory care guidance?
Yes. We have visited more than 200 senior-living communities across the Bay Area and help families navigate independent, assisted, and memory care options. Recommendations are matched to the loved one's medical needs, the family's budget, and the community's culture — and placement guidance is always free to the family.
What areas of the Bay Area do you serve?
We serve the entire Bay Area: San Francisco, the Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay, North Bay (Marin), Sonoma County, and Napa Valley. Wherever your loved one calls home, your companion is local to that community.
Are support plans personalized for each client?
Every plan is built around the client's routines, preferences, and family dynamics. We start with a complimentary in-home consultation, design a weekly rhythm together, and adjust the plan as needs change. The same companion stays with the client visit after visit — relationship continuity is the core of how we work.
Can services be scheduled weekly or on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Most families book a recurring weekly or twice-weekly schedule, with optional add-on hours for medical appointments, family visits, holidays, and travel coordination. We also offer 24-hour on-call family support for emergencies and time-sensitive decisions.
